Initial Design Reviews, Critical Design Reviews, Earned Value, design
development, prototype, production, test, customer liaison (UK, American, Japanese), readiness reviews, qualification, Reliability Estimation Reports, Acceptance Test Procedures, First Article Inspection, Declaration of Design Performance, customer delivery, SAP, Business Warehouse

Tasks - 
Earned Value monitoring, task completion monitoring & action status matrixes, regular communication & meetings , customer liaison & risk monitoring, supplier vetting, verification & validation, MS Project (progress, resources& cost analysis), Action Status Matrixes
Project Manager Control & Risk Reports, reporting directly to manager / directors in company, outside companies & specialists

Experience, Skills & Personal Attributes -
5 years + Project Management – managing & leading Aerospace projects, 10 to 15 years Project Engineering using project management techniques in high tech industries, Medium to large size projects, Budgets to £500k - £2 million, International experience - USA, Japan, Project Management – MS Project, MS Viseo (processes, systems), MS Office (software packages), Prince 2 - knowledge of & capability
EVM professional training to USA ANSI Project / Programme Management 32 Guidelines & application of EVM & Control Account Management
